By confirming your participation in the La Cala Resort Business Golf Experience in writing (via email or other agreed communication), you are entering into a binding agreement with Golf Growth Group Ltd, and agree to the following terms:
1. Contractual Commitment
- Once your participation is confirmed in writing, and these terms are acknowledged, your place is secured and forms a legally binding contract between you (the client) and Golf Growth Group Ltd.
- This contract is enforceable in accordance with the terms outlined below and applies regardless of whether payment is made in full or via monthly instalments.
- No cooling-off period applies once written confirmation is received and your marketing assets are scheduled or in production.
2. Package Overview
Your contracted package includes:
- 2 full event tickets (for named attendees)
- 3 nights’ accommodation at La Cala Resort (twin or double room)
- Daily breakfast
- 2 rounds of golf with shared buggy
- Spa hydrotherapy session
- Business networking sessions and social events
- Marketing and advertising for your company throughout the event
- Access to prizes and leaderboard competitions
3. Payments & Financial Responsibility
- The package may be paid monthly or in full at the outset, as agreed.
- If you have opted to pay monthly and fail to make any payment on time, the full remaining balance becomes immediately due and payable in full.
- No refunds or cancellations are permitted once confirmed.
- The booking is strictly non-transferable and non-resellable. If you cannot attend, your package benefits and access cannot be passed on, sold, or assigned to another party.
4. Travel & Attendance
- Clients are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to and from La Cala Resort, Spain.
- Golf Growth Group Ltd provides the on-site event experience only; flights, transfers, travel insurance, and personal incidentals are not included in your package.
5. Marketing & Asset Requirements
- All branding, advertising, and promotional materials will be produced using the logos, artwork, and content provided by the client.
- Any delays in asset submission may result in reduced exposure, for which Golf Growth Group is not liable.
- Should the client require in-house artwork or design services, additional costs may apply (quoted in advance).
6. Event Management & Conduct
- Golf Growth Group reserves the right to adjust the schedule or structure of the event due to venue requirements, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Professional conduct is expected throughout the event. Any actions deemed inappropriate may result in removal from the event without refund.
7. Legal Standing
- This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- By confirming your booking via email or any written communication, you agree to be bound by these terms, and accept that a formal and enforceable contract is now in place.
