Are there TV screens?

What happens at the golf days?
Breakfast on arrival, competitive, fun golf with 40 to 50 other business owners, a three-course meal afterwards, prizes and live scoring. Your branding is promoted before and after the event and throughout the day.
Are prices shown with or without VAT?
Prices are exclusive of VAT, which is added at the prevailing rate (clause 23).
How are payments collected?
Where the fee is paid in instalments, payment is by direct debit. We may use a third-party provider to manage the collection of these payments, and basic identity and anti-money laundering checks are carried out (clause 36).
Does the agreement renew automatically?
Yes. The agreement renews automatically at the end of the Term unless you give us 3 months’ written notice before the Term ends (clauses 43 and 44).
How does the free golf work?
You can book 6 fourballs a year at your home club and 12 a year at alternative venues in our network. Bookings are Monday to Friday unless otherwise agreed. Saturday and Sunday bookings are subject to availability at the club’s discretion and are not guaranteed (clauses 12 to 15).
What if the club can’t provide the services?
If services can’t be supplied at the Club, we may substitute another venue within a 30 mile radius and will let you know (clause 10).
How is the free golf valued?
Your 6 fourballs at the club are valued at a 2024 round price of £55 (£1,320), and your 12 network fourballs at an average UK green fee of £40 a round (£1,920). Total £3,240 a year. Bookings are Monday to Friday unless otherwise agreed.
