About Hartsbourne Country Club
Hartsbourne Country Club in Bushey Heath, Hertfordshire, grew from the former Hartsbourne Manor Golf Club, whose clubhouse the RAF took over during the Second World War. C.J. Stillitz bought the club in 1946 and gave it its current name. From 1951 to 1966 it hosted the Gor-Ray Cup, the PGA Assistants' Championship. Its main 18-hole course, the Willows, plays to par 71.
